Order Processing

We aim to ship your order on the next business day after your order has been approved.

Orders are processed and shipped on business days. Processing and delivery schedules may be affected by weekends, national holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Tracking Your Order

Your tracking number will generally be available within 3–4 business days after your order has been approved.

Once tracking information is available, it will be sent to the email address provided with your order. Please make sure your email address is accurate and check your spam or junk folder if you do not receive the notification.

Delivery Times

Delivery times vary depending on the destination, shipping carrier, customs procedures, and local postal services.

Most orders are delivered within the expected delivery timeframe. However, international shipments may occasionally experience delays due to customs, local carriers, holidays, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Please allow up to 10–35 business days for delivery. This is a maximum estimated delivery window intended to account for possible delays that may occur during international transit.

Shipping

We ship internationally using third-party shipping carriers and local postal services. Once your order has been handed over to the carrier, delivery is subject to the carrier's transit schedule and the conditions of the destination country.

Free shipping is available on orders over $50.
