Processing and Delivery Times

We aim to process and ship orders within 1 business day after payment is approved.

The average delivery time is 7 to 14 business days, depending on the destination and local delivery conditions.

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Unforeseen circumstances, customs procedures, local postal services, weather conditions, holidays, or other events outside our control may occasionally cause delays.

Tracking

Once your order has been processed and shipped, tracking information will be provided by email. Tracking information may take a few business days to become active after the shipment has been registered with the carrier.

Please make sure that the email address provided at checkout is accurate and check your spam or junk folder if you do not receive your shipping notification.

International Delivery

Delivery Delays

Delays caused by carriers, customs authorities, local postal services, weather, public holidays, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control do not constitute a failure to ship the order.
