Hi, it arrived.. but it seems like the transportation wasn't very careful as the box was all crushed. Thankfully, the product didn't break. It's working perfectly fine.. but you should pack it better with bubble wrap because the way it was, it could have damaged the product... thank you.

Received successfully, the devices are great, they smoke well and are quiet, but one of them came slightly broken, it wasn't well packed, must have fallen during inspection, and the USB cable didn't come, all boxes were crushed, but for the price, it's worth it.

Just so you can see how the items arrive, all the boxes are damaged and a bit wet. It seems like they don't pay attention to the merchandise since you pay for it in advance. They should pay more attention as these are delicate things.
